We began billing insurance in 2016, not as a standalone business, but out of necessity—supporting a growing group practice of over 50 mental health providers. From the beginning, we’ve been in the trenches: working with psychologists, social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. We’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of mental health billing and the critical need for reliable, responsive support.
Through years of trial, error, and learning, we’ve built something we’re proud of—clear, repeatable systems that simplify the billing cycle, reduce errors, and maximize collections. Along the way, we became known for our tenacity: tracking down unpaid claims, decoding confusing denials, and ensuring providers get paid accurately and on time.
We’ve come to see billing not just as paperwork or backend support, but as an essential part of the mental health journey—for providers and clients alike.
