We began billing insurance in 2016, not as a standalone business, but out of necessity—supporting a growing group practice of over 50 mental health providers. From the beginning, we’ve been in the trenches: working with psychologists, social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. We’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of mental health billing and the critical need for reliable, responsive support.

Through years of trial, error, and learning, we’ve built something we’re proud of—clear, repeatable systems that simplify the billing cycle, reduce errors, and maximize collections.
